Availability target
The Decision API's availability target is 99.9% each calendar month (UTC).
Availability is what Amazon Route 53 health checks see of app.cognexuslabs.ai, from several regions about every 30 seconds. A component counts as down while its check fails: the Decision API when the engine cannot reach its database or write its audit log, the connect API when its store cannot be read, the dashboard when the site does not answer. The checks do not pause for planned maintenance.
